Juvenile     

The Prosecutor and the assistant prosecutor prosecute all juvenile offenders before the Paulding County Juvenile Court, both felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as prosecuting adults for contributing to their unruliness or delinquency of a minor.

In addition to the above the office prosecutes Abuse, Neglect and Dependency cases on behalf of the Defiance/Paulding Consolidated Job and Family Services. These are cases where child protection workers have determined that court action may be necessary to fulfill their mission of promoting the protection and safety of children, and the well-being of the family.
