The Prosecutor is the statutory legal representative for Paulding County governmental entities, including all county agencies, county elected officials, township trustees and various boards. The prosecutor reviews contracts, prepares resolutions, writes opinions, and many other civil documents to support the various political entities. This requires attendance at a variety of board meetings held in the evenings. The prosecutor also aids in the collection of unpaid real estate taxes on behalf of the Paulding County Treasurer, and advising the Paulding County Auditor and Treasurer on the collection of personal property taxes.
